Shipping Policy – Marine Parts Co.
At Marine Parts Co., we strive to process and ship your orders quickly and reliably so you can get back on the water without delay. All orders are processed in the order they are received, seven days a week. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (noon) will begin processing on the next business day. Under normal circumstances, handling time is typically one business day; however, during peak seasons or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.
We ship Monday through Friday (excluding major U.S. holidays) using trusted carriers such as UPS and FedEx. Transit times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and your delivery location. Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you so you can follow your delivery status in real time. Orders placed over weekends will ship on the next available business day.
All of our products ship flat rate for your convenience. Many smaller items ship free on orders over $100. Larger items such as powerheads, sterndrives, and lower units have flat-rate shipping assigned based on location. For customers in California, Washington, and Oregon, West Coast shipping rates apply as specified on each product page. Free shipping on orders over $100 still applies to smaller qualifying items in these states.
Marine Parts Co. operates from multiple warehouse locations in Oldsmar, FL; Semmes, AL; Fond du Lac, WI; and Marysville, TN. To ensure the fastest possible delivery, we ship your order from the closest location that has the parts in stock at the time of shipping. Please note that our Jonesborough, TN location is not a physical location for pickup.
