- Replaces most early-style Johnson / Evinrude V4 lower units from 1978–1998.
- Bullet diameter: 4-1/8".
- Water screens: Internal.
- Rear cavitation plate: Pointed.
Not Included
- Upper driveshaft — If your old unit has a one-piece shaft, you will need to purchase an upper driveshaft. See the Technical tab for the part number, or scroll down for optional driveshafts.
Installation Notes
- Uses the newer clip-style stubshaft. If your upper shaft is not the newer style, it must be replaced.
