SEI 221 Gearcase Fitment: Fits three Mercury/Verado families. 3.0L V6 2-stroke (13-spline driveshaft)—models 221-A20, 221-A25, 221-A30; superseded SE216 in 2006 (serial 1B504989+), often called the “Verado Style”/Fleet Master; uses a 15-spline prop shaft; not compatible with Torque Master, Torque Master 2, or Sport Master (19-spline fat shaft). 2.6L inline-6 4-stroke (20-spline driveshaft)—models 221-A20F, 221-A25F, 221-A30F, 221-B20F, 221-B25F, 221-B30F; fits Verado I-6 200–300 HP; replaces only the 4.8 Torpedo gearcase; does not replace 5.44 Torpedo/Torque Master/Sport Master and does not fit post-2019 Mercury V6/V8 Verado gearcases. 1.7L inline-4 4-stroke (20-spline driveshaft)—models 221-C20F, 221-C25F.
