Return Window
- Returns are accepted within 7 business days of receiving your order.
- To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrives damaged in shipping or we ship an incorrect item, we will replace it at no cost to you.
- Please provide photos of the damage and packaging so we can file a claim with the carrier.
Unneeded or Unwanted Items
- If you decide you no longer need the item, you may return it within 7 business days.
- A 10% restocking fee will apply.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Our Mistake
- If we make an error with your order, we will correct it promptly and cover all associated costs.
Additional Notes
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method after inspection of the returned item.
- Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
You’ll receive an RMA # (e.g., MPC-RMA-1001) and a copy via email.
