Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 business days of receiving your order. To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged in shipping or you receive the wrong item, we will replace it at no cost to you. Please provide photos of the damage and packaging so we can file a claim with the carrier.

Unneeded or Unwanted Items

If you no longer need the item, you may return it within 30 business days. A 10% restocking fee will apply to cover the cost of repackaging, all items must be full inspected and removed from container when we receive them back. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Our Mistake

If we make an error with your order, we will correct it promptly and cover all associated costs.

Additional Notes

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • Refunds are issued back to the original payment method after inspection of the returned item. This is typically within 3 business days of us receiving the item back.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake. We stand behind all our products and ultimately want to make sure your happy with your purchase.
