Return Window

• To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If your item arrives damaged in shipping or we ship an incorrect item, we will replace it at no cost to you.
• Please provide photos of the damage and packaging so we can file a claim with the carrier.

Unneeded or Unwanted Items

• If you decide you no longer need the item, you may return it within 7 business days.
• A 10% restocking fee will apply.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Our Mistake

• If we make an error with your order, we will correct it promptly and cover all associated costs.

Additional Notes

• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
• Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method after inspection of the returned item.
• Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
