At Marine Parts Co., we’re committed to processing and shipping your orders quickly and reliably—so you can get back on the water without delay.

Order Processing & Handling

All orders are processed in the order received, seven days a week. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (noon) begin processing the next business day. Under normal conditions, handling time is typically one business day. During peak seasons or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Schedule & Tracking

We ship Monday through Friday (excluding major U.S. holidays) using trusted carriers such as UPS and FedEx. Transit times vary depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout and your delivery location. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery in real time. Orders placed over the weekend ship the next available business day.

Shipping Methods

We currently ship using the following FedEx delivery options:

  1. FedEx Ground (Lower 48 & Lower 45) – Estimated delivery within 2 to 11 business days.
  2. FedEx Ground (West CA/OR/WA) – Estimated delivery within 2 to 11 business days.
  3. FedEx 3-Day (Lower 48 & Lower 45) – Estimated delivery within 2 to 11 business days.
  4. FedEx 3-Day (West CA/OR/WA) – Estimated delivery within 2 to 11 business days.
  5. FedEx 2-Day (Lower 48 & Lower 45) – Estimated delivery within 2 to 11 business days.
  6. FedEx 2 Day (West CA/OR/WA) - Estimated delivery within 2 to 11 business days.
  7. FedEx Overnight (Lower 48 & Lower45) - Estimated delivery wiithin 2 to 4 business days
  8. FedEx Overnight (West CA/OR/WA) - Estimated delivery within 2 to 4 business days

Shipping times vary based on destination, product availability, and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Rates & Free Shipping

  • Flat-rate shipping applies to all products for convenience.
  • Smaller items often ship free on orders over $100.
  • Larger items (powerheads, sterndrives, lower units) have flat-rate shipping based on location.
  • Customers in California, Washington, and Oregon are subject to West Coast shipping rates as noted on product pages.
  • Free shipping on orders over $100 still applies to smaller qualifying items in these states.

Orders ship from the closest location with stock available. Please note: our Johnson City, TN location is not a physical pickup site.
