This brand new Replacement Alpha One Gen 2 Complete Sterndrive is built to OEM specifications, offering a direct replacement for 1991 & newer drives. Featuring a 1.62 gear ratio (replaces 1.65) in counter rotation, it’s designed for smooth performance and durability. The lower unit includes a stainless steel water pump for maximum reliability.
