The SE-116 Lower Unit is a direct replacement for MerCruiser Alpha One Gen 2 lower units (1991 and newer). This unit comes fully assembled with all gears and is ready to bolt on for a fast, hassle-free installation. Built brand new — never remanufactured — and equipped with a stainless steel water pump for long-lasting durability.
